Dr. Özlem Sezgin Okcu spent the first half of her specialization in general radiology; however, after joining the Department of Radiology at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2010, she focused exclusively on breast imaging until her retirement in 2014.
Since March 2024, he/she has been sharing the professional and academic experience—spanning approximately 15 years and involving a patient population with diverse diagnoses—with patients at the Era Radiology Center, a facility equipped with modern and innovative technology.
He/She has an advanced level of English and an intermediate level of German.
Dr. Özlem Sezgin Okçu has authored various articles and delivered poster and oral presentations on breast imaging. She ensures her knowledge and expertise in this field remain up-to-date by attending congresses and courses organized by the European Society of Breast Imaging, of which she is a member.
