Prof. Dr. Süha Süreyya Özbek, one of Turkey’s leading academics and physicians in the field of radiology—and ultrasonography in particular—continues his work.
Throughout her academic career at the Ege University Faculty of Medicine’s Department of Radiology—where she served as a faculty member and department head—she contributed to the training of hundreds of specialists. She now places her professional experience and expertise at the service of patients at the Era Radiology Center, combining them with the advanced technologies offered by modern radiology.
Prof. Dr. Süha Süreyya Özbek continues his work at Era Radiology with the mission of providing accurate and reliable diagnostic services to his patients, drawing upon his academic expertise and clinical experience.
Prof. Dr. Özbek possesses extensive expertise regarding the classic and contemporary applications of conventional and color Doppler ultrasonography across various body organs and systems. He has published numerous national and international scientific articles, books, and book chapters on these subjects. These applications include:
- Diseases of the thyroid and parathyroid glands
- Pathologies of the kidneys, urinary tract, and genital system
- Diseases of abdominal organs such as the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas
